The right technique
Rest your elbows on the table, let your head fall forward and place your hands
on either side of your scalp, fingers spread.
This position helps blood flow to the scalp and improves circulation.
Massage your scalp with your fingertips and move the skin around in small circles.
Move from the nape of your neck up to the top of your head.
Repeat two to three times a week for 5 minutes before washing your hair.

Beyond the feeling of instant well-being, head massage relaxes the scalp
and activates micro-circulation,

Keep massaging in until hair is perfectly rinsed.
This technique triggers the effects of your shampoo’s active ingredients
