You have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the receipt of your order. To exercise this right, you may request a refund. Please note that return costs remain the responsibility of the customer and the refund will only include the price of the returned products. The refund for your order will be processed upon receipt of your package and after verifying the condition of the returned products in our warehouse. We process refunds within 7 days from the date of receipt of the products, and no later than 14 days after. The refund amount will only include the price of the returned products. The products that are compatible and recommended with these chemical treatments, which are not without consequences on the health of the hair, include the Shampooing Crème Moelle de Bambou, specially formulated to gently hydrate dry hair while improving its quality. The Shampooing Sublime Mèches is ideal for protecting and prolonging color without damaging the hair fiber.
For intensive care, the Masque Quintessence deeply repairs the most dehydrated and brittle hair.
For maintenance, as a conditioner: La Crème de Soin à l’Amarante facilitates detangling and protects the lengths.
Finally, for styling care, the Sérum de Soie Sublimateur tames frizz and adds shine to fine hair, while Éclat Naturel is ideal for more unruly hair, as it hydrates and smooths the hair fiber. Additionally, the Lait Luminescence Biphase makes detangling easier while protecting the hair from heat styling. All these treatments help maintain hydration, protect the hair, prolong the effects of smoothing, and enhance its shine. -
